Flavor Buffet
Happy Friday, everyone!
It felt like a long week, didn’t it? I’m quite happy the weekend has arrived, the sun is shining, and I’ve got a great Buffet to share with you. Whether you’re cooking, going out, off to shop, or just want to read, there’s something for everyone, right here.
Have a great weekend!

The great debate: big city or small town living. I’ve done both and I’m constantly torn (I love to walk everywhere). Check out this piece that shares plenty of opinions of people who moved out of the city and how they’re living now.
Cook
Pork Meatball Rice Bowls - one of my favorite weeknight dishes. But let’s consider it for an easy, superbly delicious Saturday night feast. Just double the meatballs. :)
No-Knead Focaccia - I am strongly considering trying this recipe with my favorite gluten free flour. I hope it works! Will report back…
Veggie Fajita Bowls - this dish sounds so good! It has a lot of components so it may be best for a Sunday night, but I bet the leftovers would make an amazing workday lunch.
Dine
Can you tell I’m craving Asian food?
Love at First Bite - a great restaurant that serves up scrumptious Thai food. Read: large portions of pad Thai and fun cocktails. We are frequent guests.
Myers + Chang - one of our favorite city spots for Asian-fusion fare. I love the dedicated GF menu and cannot resist ordering the majority of the menu whenever we visit. It’s a fun atmosphere, but reservations are recommended. Unless you don’t mind a (long) wait…
Sakura Organic - I love this local spot for their excellent sushi, large gluten free menu, and the fusion options that include chicken lettuce cups, egg drop soup, fried rice, and more.
Shop
Ordered this sweatshirt from Madewell and I love the pale pink hue. Feels like spring!
My favorite, local running sneaker company is having all sorts of birthday celebrations. Check them out!
Have I mentioned lately how much I’m enjoying my Cuyana zipper-top tote? It’s officially my favorite work bag in quite some time.
Enjoy!
