Flavor Buffet
Happy Friday, everyone!
It’s quite cold here in Boston, but the sun is shining and honestly that makes all the difference. Give me all the sunshine and I don’t care that much about the temperature. In fact, I like layering so keep it cold a little longer. I’m not fully ready for spring.

Did you know there’s a very specific industry in this food-focused world and it has to do with making foods crispy and crunchy? Amazing. This is an in-depth discussion about this crispy fascination and I loved it.
Not sure I believe this wine-flavored popcorn is a good idea…but I’d probably try it.
While I don’t think this product is gluten free (most likely not), I would definitely consider ordering these chic mints from France for friends or family who love that unique licorice flavor (but minty, too).

Earl Grey Yogurt Cake - I’m going to make this cake and just swap the regular flour for GF (either Cup4cup or King Arthur).
Spicy Peanut Noodles with Chili Garlic Oil - Never can I resist peanut-flavored dishes. Will be making this over the weekend.
Greens Gratin with All the Cheese - seems like a supreme side dish to me! I think it would pair well with a roast chicken or a great steak. Or fish!
