Sunny days ahead!
Greetings from my kitchen table and a very rainy Friday morning. I don’t love rain, but fine, I’ll deal with it for today. I’ve heard it’s going to be a nice weekend so let’s just push through the drizzle, have a great dinner at home tonight, and then wake up bright and early to enjoy the sunshine tomorrow.
While you’re home watching the raindrops, and most likely curled up on the couch wearing all of the cozy things, why not read the new Buffet? Perfect for rainy days (sunny ones, too) when you have nowhere to go (of course) and nothing urgent to do. That is actually a pretty good feeling, isn’t it?

The chill is back and it’s time for soup! Thinking we’ll need to make this roasted butternut squash soup very, very soon.
Suddenly craving this one-pot kimchi and squash mac and cheese. Dinner tonight?
The cold is sticking around so how about this cheesy roasted cauliflower soup, which I’d love for lunch today.
Just realized we have a bunch of kale in the fridge so we may as well make this sun dried tomato and kale pasta immediately.
And for dessert….let’s make these salted caramel pretzel blondies.
